Students will appreciate the opportunity to self-reflect & work completely independently on a personal project rather than a generic, class-wide project/assignment.

Suggestions
> Let students write chapters, create titles, cover, etc. in order they want - except table of contents should be last.
> Let students decorate any way section/s in any way they want, write in any colors, etc. Let them own their work!

Rubric Options
1. Use one of the four rubrics. No wrong answers; the rubric grades book components as present or not, effort made, and conventions.
2. Ignore rubrics. Don't grade anything except completed the project or did not.
3. Ignore rubrics. Don't grade it in any formal way.
4. It's a Word document - change a rubric to adjust it so that you can grade any aspects of the project you want!
5. Use the blank rubric and fill it in based on what you want to grade for.
